PUNTOS A SABER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga es una Meditacion en movimiento, una secuencia  de asanas (posturas) unidas y sincronizadas en forma exacta (Vinyasa Krama), utilizando respiracion especifica y otras tecnicas. las asanas estan ubicadas en las secuencias de tal forma que la primera prepara para la seguiente, el Cuerpo sigue el ritmo de la respiracion y no al contrario, hay seis series de asanas en el sistema, teniendo que transitar en forma correcta cada una antes de pasar a la siguente, es inpresindible ser supervisado para ello por un profesor calificado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;ALGUNOS DE LOS BENEFICIOS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La Practica otorga beneficios tanto inmediatos como acumulativos asi la practica se va solidificando con el tiempo&lt;br /&gt;Este sistema purifica y fortalece el cuerpo, calmando y focalizando la mente, desintoxica el organismo a través del sudor,  flexibilidad, estamina y otorga claridad mental.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #e69138;"&gt;DISTINTOS TIPOS DE PRACTICAS  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;MYSORE STYLE: &lt;/span&gt;(Duracion proporcional a la practica de cada alumno)&lt;br /&gt;Es el  método tradicional de enseñanza de Ashtanga vinyasa Yoga, tal como lo enseñan en Mysore Índia  &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: orange;"&gt;Sri K. Pattabhi Jois y R Sharath&lt;/span&gt;, Esta modalidad es abierta a todos los niveles desde principiantes a alumnos  avanzados es el  método de ensenanza mas integrador, la practica es grupal pero al mismo tiempo cada alumno va avanzando en su practica en forma individual de acuerdo a sus posibilidades, el profesor realiza ajustes manuales y va guiando al alumno en forma progresiva.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;PRACTICA GUIADA CON CUENTA DE VINYASA: &lt;/span&gt;Duracion 1h/30m&lt;br /&gt;Todas las asanas tienen un número preciso de Vinyasa que deben ser respetadas de forma precisa para saber como integrar cada asana con la inspiracion y la exalacion., el foco está en la cuenta tradicional en Sânscrito de Vinyasa para poder comprender como ejecutar correctamente la respiracion, entrar, permanecer y salir de cada postura como parte integral de toda la secuencia de la serie.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;TRADICION DE PRACTICA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tradicionalmente  este sistema es practicado 6 dias por semana, excepto los dias de luna nueva y luna llena.&lt;br /&gt;Las secuencias de posturas deben ser  memorizadas y ejecutadas respetando el orden correcto, Para esto se requiere paciencia y mantener una practica regular, se aconseja un minimo de 3 dias a la semana de practica con el tiempo la practica se tornara regular sintiendo la necesidad de practicar diariamente, asi podran sentir los distintos beneficios, enfocando la atencion en la respiracion, bandhas, dristis, asanas, de esta manera verdaderamente podran sentir el fluir de esta practica &lt;br /&gt;Cualquier persona puede practicar si tiene el deseo verdadero de adquirir una practica personal de autoconocimiento y lo que esto significa.&lt;br /&gt;Tradicionalmente el Ashtanga Yoga es praticado temprano en la mañana, es el momento del dia mas tranquilo si esto no es posible se recomienda practicar en los mismos horarios para adiquirir una rutina de practica.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;LUNAS Y ASHTANGA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Los días de &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #e69138;"&gt;Luna Nueva y Llena &lt;/span&gt;no se práctica en la tradición de ashtanga. &lt;br /&gt;Durante estos días la luna ejerce una fuerza gravitacional sobre todos los elementos de origen acuoso en nuestro planeta., El ser humano posee más de 70% agua en su cuerpo fisico por lo tanto, al igual que las mareas se ve afectado por las fases de la luna.,creando diversas experiencias energéticas, la energía de la luna llena es más grande, es expansiva y nos hace sentir muy energéticos.,En cambio en la luna nueva la energia esta en descenso,nos volvemos mas calmados,de esta manera el practicante de yoga observa (o descansa) estos días, comienza a sentir este tipo de energías cuando la mayoría de las personas no saben en qué fase de la luna se encuentra.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;99% Practica 1% Teoria &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;(Practica y todo llega) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: #cc0000;"&gt;Shri K.
